It features an ultra-low reverse leakage current (Ir) of 5μA, ensuring minimal power consumption and maximum efficiency in normal operating conditions. The diode can handle surge currents up to 9.3A (Ipp@10/1000μs) and has a clamping voltage (VC) of 64.5V, providing robust protection against transient events up to 600W (Ppp@10/1000μs).
