With a VRWM (Working Peak Reverse Voltage) of 40V and VBR (Breakdown Voltage) ranging from 44.4V to 51.1V, this diode efficiently clamps transient voltages to safe levels, safeguarding against potential damage. It features an ultra-low reverse leakage current (Ir) of 5μA, ensuring minimal power consumption and maximum efficiency in normal operating conditions. The diode can handle surge currents up to 9.3A (Ipp@10/1000μs) and has a clamping voltage (VC) of 64.5V, providing robust protection against transient events up to 600W (Ppp@10/1000μs).
