The SL9013 Series are highly precise,low noise,positive voltage LDO regulatorsmanufactured using CMOS processes.The SL9013 performance is optimized forbattery-powered systems to deliver ultra low noise and low quiescent current.Regulator ground current increases only slightly in dropout,further prolonging the battery life.The SL9013 Series also works with low-ESR ceramic capacitors,reducing the amount of board space necessary for power applications,critical inhand-held wireless devices.The SL9013 Series consumes less than 1μA in shutdown mode and has fast tum-on time less than 50s.The other features include ultra low dropout voltage,high output accuracy,current limiting protection,and highripple rejection ratio.

SL4949 is a low voltage drop LDO voltage regulator with the output voltage of 5V, integrated with the power on reset function and the input voltage monitoring function in the chip. SL4949 can provide stable supply voltage for the control system of micro-processors,with typical output current as high as 100mA and transient input voltage of 42V,and is very suitable for applications in working environment of automotive electronics. Supporting Reset output,it can be applied to logic control of micro-processors,in addition, it supports Sense monitoring,and can output the waming signal before the output of the reset signal.Reasonable use ofthe Sense monitoring function can make micro-processors conduct necessary treatment measures before the stop of micro-processors with Reset.
