Description

The BAS516 is a high-performance fast switching diode designed for precision rectification and rapid switching applications in electronic circuits. With a maximum reverse voltage (Vr) rating of 85V and a forward current (Io) handling capability of 250mA, this diode delivers robust performance suitable for a variety of electronic designs. Featuring a low forward voltage drop (Vf) of 1V and an ultra-low reverse leakage current (Ir) of only 50μA, the AS516 ensures efficient power management and reliable operation in both forward and reverse bias conditions.
