SL-W-TRS-5.5Dx is a series of high-precision digital output differential infrared thermopile sensors for various non-contact temperature measurement products and industries, including MEMS thermopile sensor chips, NTC thermistors and professional signal conditioning ASIC chips. The ASIC chip is equipped with a 24-bit Sigma- Delta high-precision ADC, a low-noise instrument amplifier PGA and an interface circuit. This series consists of six models D1-D6, which are composed of a substrate sensor (D1) and a substrate sensor + optical cup, and are suitable for temperature measurement applications in medical, student cards, electronic sentinels and other products.

SL-FW-TRS-5.5D1/N1 series of sensors are independently developed by our company. They are new high- precision digital output differential infrared thermoplastic sensors suitable for various non-contact temperature measurement products and industries. They have the characteristics of high infrared response rate, high repeatability and high reliability. The sensor is packaged in TO-39 metal tube shell. And inside the package shell, it contains MEMS thermoplastic sensor chip and professional signal conditioning ASIC chip. The ASIC chip is equipped with 24-bit Sigma-Delta high-precision ADC, low-noise instrument amplifier PGA and interface circuit, and built-in high-precision thermistor chip, which can compensate for ambient temperature.

SL1922 is a high-precision Time-to-Digital Converter (TDC) circuit. Internally, it integrates analog comparators, analog switches, Schmitt triggers, and other devices, thereby significantly simplifying external circuitry.
SL8631 is a low-power, highly sensitive bipolar Hall effect switch chip, designed and produced using CMOS technology. The chip integrates internal voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, small signal amplifier, chopper stabilized regulator, Schmitt trigger, and CMOS output driver. The chip features excellent temperature stability, strong stress resistance, high sensitivity, and operates within a voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V. It is available in TO-92S through-hole packaging and SOT-23-3L surface-mount packaging, both compliant with RoHS environmental standards.
