ShenZhen SlkorMicro Semicon Co., Ltd. is mainly specialized in power devices. Based in China, it has supplied services for the whole world. After years of painstaking efforts, Slkor has gradually developed from an IP design company into a high-tech enterprise integrated with design, R & D, production and manufacturing, sales and services, etc. of power devices. With a rich product line, Slkor’s products for industrial industry include: SiC diodes, SiC MOS and IGBT, which are widely applied in new energy vehicles (NEVs), communication devices, power equipment, solar photovoltaic device, uninterrupted power supply (UPS) and medical devices; civilian and consumer products include: Silicon controlled rectifier (CSR), bridge rectifier, MOS of high, medium and low voltage, Hall sensor, high-speed optocoupler, Schottky diode, ESD electrostatic protection diode, TVS transient suppression diode, general diode and transistors, power management IC, etc., all of which are widely appliedinsmartphone, laptop, smart appliance, LED lighting, 3C digital product, etc. We will launch more products and serve our customers better and more comprehensively.

Q9: What do you think of the essential factors to run a semiconductor enterprise well?

A: I believe there’re many factors but the most important ones would be“concentration, specialization and persistence”. Concentration can help us resist temptations, investment in stock market, and speculation of chip and real estate industry with handsome profits. However, I must concentrate on product R & D, brand publicity, ecological construction, team building and loan repayment as a semiconductor company in order to survive. Secondly, specialization. It provides us persistent and long-term strength to winunexpected benefits, resources and capital. Our R & D, sale and publicity over the past years are semiconductors and power devices. We stick to our goal, because “no pains, no gains”. We had many problems at the very beginning but we finally made it with our joint efforts and achieve what we have today. This is my personal experience of how to run a semiconductor enterprise.
