SL4949 is a low voltage drop LDO voltage regulator with the output voltage of 5V, integrated with the power on reset function and the input voltage monitoring function in the chip. SL4949 can provide stable supply voltage for the control system of micro-processors,with typical output current as high as 100mA and transient input voltage of 42V,and is very suitable for applications in working environment of automotive electronics. Supporting Reset output,it can be applied to logic control of micro-processors,in addition, it supports Sense monitoring,and can output the waming signal before the output of the reset signal.Reasonable use ofthe Sense monitoring function can make micro-processors conduct necessary treatment measures before the stop of micro-processors with Reset.

SL4284 is a NPN type monolithic integrated fixed voltage regulator in a 3-pin TO package, with a typical drive current of 400mA, and the chip package TO252-3. The chip is applied to driving of micro-processor systems or automobile applications of several conditions; in addition, it has such as overloading protection, short circuit protection and over-temperature protection.If the input voltage V1 is within the ranges of (VQ+Vdr)﹤V1﹤55V, it is regulated to VQ, and the voltage difference Vdr changes between 0.3V and 0.5V according to the size of the driving current.
The SL4275 is a monolithically integrated low-dropout fixed voltage regulator in a 5-pin TO package. Input voltages up to 55V are regulated to an output voltage VQ of 5.0V. The chip can drive 450mA load and has short circuit protection and over temperature protection. When the output voltage VQ is lower than the typical value of 4.65V, the RQ pin of the chip will generate a low-level reset signal, and the reset delay time can be set by the D pin delay capacitor.
