Golden Age Technology Pte. Ltd. (referred to as "G.A. Group") and its Chinese subsidiary Biao Xin Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Biao Xin Group") are globally leading providers of connector application solutions and supply chain services. Mr. Xie Pengbo introduced that Biao Xin Group's predecessor was founded in 2005. It has always adhered to its mission of "providing high-quality supply chain services to 30,000 enterprises" and pursued the goal of "creating an efficient and self-operating global partner platform." In 2024, Biao Xin Group had over 110 members and annual revenue exceeding 600 million RMB. In 2025, Biao Xin Group achieved successive successes: it officially became the centralized procurement platform service provider for electronic components of Rongdian Group, responsible for product solution design, PCBA boards, and electronic component procurement for Rongdian Group. It also successfully wrote a new chapter by "securing agency rights for over 10 top international and domestic connector, inductor, and sensor brands within three months." Key application areas include: Automotive, Industrial Control, AI Intelligence, Communications, Low-Altitude Economy, and Energy Storage.

Mr. Xie Pengbo emphasized that the strategic cooperation between Biao Xin Group (www.ic-golden.com) and Rongdian Group is a highly significant partnership for the group this year. Moving forward, Biao Xin Group will establish long-term strategic collaborations with multiple listed companies, brand and technology original manufacturers, and electronic component trading platforms. Currently, 3-4 such strategic cooperation framework agreements are being drafted. Among these, Biao Xin Group's cooperation with original manufacturers Kinghelm (www.kinghelm.net) and Slkor began in 2024. In May this year, both sides had a pleasant exchange and discussed prospects for cooperation in the home appliance industry. In the future, we will integrate Kinghelm and Slkor (www.slkoric.com) into the Biao Xin Lianrong electronic components centralized procurement system.

"What magic does Biao Xin Group possess to soar so rapidly?" Mr. Xie Pengbo said, "We jointly initiated the vision to 'Inspire Others,' transforming the initial entrepreneurial aspiration of a few individuals into the shared dream of all Biao Xin members today. My office is the most popular spot in the company; we chat internally often, and I ask everyone how they want to proceed. In my view, people simply have different roles; each person's talents, abilities, and working methods are unique. The logic of management is to assist everyone in achieving results. Therefore, within the bounds of rules (such as being sincere to customers, honest in conduct, etc.), I encourage and motivate everyone to freely express their nature and inspiration, helping them gain confidence and find their rhythm. Building on this, we focus on talent pipeline development, market cultivation, supply chain layout, and platform building. By acting in accordance with the trend and focusing efforts precisely, we can write glorious chapters of development. Regarding dreams, Mr. Xie Pengbo shared that shifting from "going it alone" to "breaking through collectively" is an inevitable trend. Only by persistently pursuing dual breakthroughs in both domestic sales and going global – "walking on two legs" – can one progress steadily and far. Therefore, Biao Xin Group has successfully transformed from a single "electronic components supply chain service provider" into a dual-wheel-driven "connector application solution and supply chain service provider," gradually turning the dream of "supporting Chinese connector groups in going global" into reality, now rapidly gaining widespread recognition!

"From dream to practice, how does Biao Xin Group demonstrate the temperament of a high-end brand?" Facing this question, Mr. Xie Pengbo replied, "Biao Xin Group's positioning is that of a service provider. To create a service experience with warmth requires skillfully integrating personalized elements. Hence, we keenly captured the creative inspiration of a squirrel to build our brand IP. The squirrel, distinct from overly serious traditional cultural content or shallow comedic material, transforms cold business transactions into enjoyable designs that provide happiness, recognition, and a sense of value. The process is tiring, with many things to handle, but I always maintain my own rhythm because I know where I'm going, how long the journey takes, and I just keep a calm mindset."
