On October 30, the lawyer Qiao Shikai from Beijing Yingke (Shenzhen) Law Firm offered a legal training for Slkor’s staff in the meeting room of ShenZhen SlkorMicro Semicon Co., Ltd., located in Zhantao Building, Longhua District. Themed by Enterprise Contract Management, Risk Prevention and Control Measures after the Promulgation of Civil Code, the training was attended by the GM Song Shiqiang and all staff of Kinghelm and Slkor.

Based on the latest Civil Code of the People’s Republic of China, Mr. Qiao made a systematical interpretation, including the construction of national legal system and legal governance of modern enterprises at the macro level, as well as the legal fairs in Slkor's daily work, such as the management of Slkor's procurement and sales contracts and accounts receivable, avoidance of employees’ personal legal risks, and the way of preventing, controlling and resolving the company's business risks. Qiao Shikai made full preparations before the training, which proved to be clear and logical with appropriate cases. Meanwhile, all of the participants interacted with each other actively, which brought a significant training for the company’s staff!
