Her passion for technical challenges and process optimization is evident in her persistent pursuit of knowledge and skill enhancement. She regularly consults with technical advisors like Mr. Zhang Wujun at the headquarters to tackle technical issues and refine production processes. Whether performing wire stripping according to production orders or handling the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated machines, she demonstrates adeptness and proficiency.

For instance, in wire stripping operations, Liao employs specialized tools meticulously, adhering strictly to cutting and marking processes while implementing advanced techniques to ensure consistent mechanical and electrical performance post-stripping. Her commitment to quality control is evident in her involvement in pre-, during-, and post-stripping quality inspections and analysis, thereby contributing to cost reduction, quality enhancement, and efficiency improvement at the production base. 1. Rectangular Connectors: These connectors typically have a rectangular shape with numerous contact points, capable of transmitting multiple signals and power sources.
