Slkor specializes in the research, development, and production of various semiconductor devices, including silicon carbide (SiC) MOSFETs, high, medium, and low voltage field-effect transistors, thyristors, bridge rectifiers, Schottky diodes, ESD diodes, TVS diodes, as well as power management chips, Hall sensors, optocouplers, and crystal oscillators. These products are widely used in industries such as new energy vehicles, communication and power equipment, solar photovoltaics, medical devices, mobile phones, computers, robots, smart homes, Internet of Things (IoT), LED lighting, and 3C digital products. Slkor series of products are popular and can replace power devices from TI Texas Instruments, ON Semiconductor, AOS Vanguard Semiconductor, and TOSHIBA. Slkor offers a full range of MOSFET products with various package types, such as TO220 and TO247, and has independent wafer design capabilities.
